Providers and Teens Communicating for Health

​Wisconsin PATCH is a collaboration of five PATCH Teen Educator Programs located across the state as well as a statewide Teen Consultant Program! We're a group of youth and adults that believe programs and policies for youth should INCLUDE youth. ​We encourage young people to raise their voices to create positive change, and have programs and resources to ​EDUCATE, ENGAGE, and EMPOWER others to do the sam​e.​
