PATCH Green Bay

PATCH Green Bay has been back in full swing since 2024, after taking a bit of a hiatus to refocus on how best to serve our youth in northeastern Wisconsin. We are so thankful to continue our work improving adolescent health and health care experiences!

Green Bay, Wisconsin is our home base, but we are proud to hire a diverse team of Teen Educators from the area surrounding Brown County!

 

We are working hard to reach as many providers and teens as possible and look forward to working with you!
