About PATCH Green Bay

PATCH Green Bay launched in 2021 after years of preparing the community for a Teen Educator team! We are so excited to begin our work improving adolescent health and health care experiences!

Green Bay, Wisconsin is our home base, but we are proud to hire a diverse team of Teen Educators each year from the area surrounding Green Bay and Brown County!

We are working hard to reach as many providers and teens as possible in northeastern Wisconsin and look forward to working with you!
