And if you want extra support using any of these materials, a PATCH Coach is only a message away.

"As health educators, we
often tell our students 'ask your doctor'. But we don't teach them HOW. This information helps teens understand WHY it's important and HOW to ask
good questions."
— School Health Teacher
PATCH for Parents
Supporting the adults who support teens.
Parents, guardians, and caregivers play a huge role, legally and developmentally, in a young person's health care journey. This free resource gives community organizations, schools, health care systems, and others the language and activities to engage groups of caregivers in meaningful conversation about their teens' health and health care.
"Parenting teenagers can feel lonely. Having a space to openly talk about our role and they ways in which we are working to keep our kiddos safe and healthy felt really good. Really validating."
— Parent of Teen
