Is PATCH Right for Your Community?
The organizations that thrive with PATCH share a few things in common. They believe teens have something important to say. They're ready to create real space for youth voice — not just check a box. And they're committed to showing up consistently for the young people they serve.
-
Is there a genuine need to improve adolescent health in your community?
-
Does your organization have the capacity and commitment to hire and support a Coordinator and a team of teens?
-
Are your community partners ready to engage with and learn from youth?
If the answer is yes... or even "we think so", let's talk! We want to hear from you.
What to Expect
Request a Planning Guide - Our PATCH Program Planning Guide walks you through everything you need to know including program options, replication considerations, costs, next steps, and more. It's the best place to start.
Connect with PATCH - After reviewing the guide, reach out with your questions, thoughts, or just to say hello. We love talking with folks who are passionate about teens and we're happy to help you figure out if PATCH is the right fit. If it DOES feel like a good fit, we'll get you set up with a licensing agreement and on your way to changing lives!
Get Trained & Get Ready - Once you're official, your PATCH Coordinator will participate in a hands-on, personalized training led by PATCH Coaches that covers everything from hiring and supporting your teen team to facilitating workshops and consulting sessions. By the time you're done, you'll be ready to launch with confidence.
Launch & Grow with Ongoing Coaching - With your PATCH Coach by your side, you'll recruit and hire your first team of Teen Educators, host teen training, and start delivering workshops and consulting sessions in your community. And the support doesn't stop at launch! Your Coach stays with you through every twist, turn, and milestone along the way.
