PATCH in Wisconsin
PATCH started here. And Wisconsin will always be home. Unlike many organizations that solely support others in doing youth engagement work, we actually do it ourselves every single day. Our own Wisconsin programs keep us grounded, current, and connected to real teens in real communities. That hands-on experience is what makes us better coaches, trainers, and thought partners for everyone we work with.
From Madison to the Northwoods, from La Crosse to Milwaukee, and everywhere in between. PATCH Teens across Wisconsin are showing up, sharing their voices, and shaping the future of adolescent health in their communities.
PATCH Madison Teen Educator Program
Serving Southcentral Wisconsin
Since 2010, PATCH Madison has been at the heart of our work. This is the program where it all started and the one that continues to fuel our growth and innovation. Each year, a diverse team of Teen Educators from throughout Dane County are hired to lead PATCH for Providers Workshops and PATCH for Teens Workshops across southcentral Wisconsin.

PATCH Wisconsin Teen Consultant Program
Serving all corners of Wisconsin
Since 2016, the Wisconsin Teen Consultant Program has brought together teens from across the state to lend their voice and perspective to adolescent health initiatives at the community and state level. Each year, 10-15 Teen Consultants ages 13-19 are hired to offer Teen Consulting Sessions and lead change efforts to ensure youth voice is included in the decisions that affect them.

First piloted by PATCH back in 2016, we are proud to see PATCH Milwaukee finding its stride and making its mark under the care and leadership of HealthyMKE, based in the Harambee neighborhood.
PATCH Wausau

PATCH has been serving the Wausau community since 2017 and is now proudly supported by HOLA, a nonprofit working to improve community health for Latin Americans in central Wisconsin.
