This free series of five lessons gives schools, community organizations, health care systems, and anyone who works with young people the content and activities to facilitate meaningful conversations about teen health care.

It covers teen rights and responsibilities in health care settings and gives young people tangible skills to become more involved in their own health decisions — developed alongside real PATCH Teen Educators who know firsthand what teens need to hear.
