The PATCH Symposium is a one-of-a-kind opportunity in which health care professionals and young people (ages 12-21) from across Wisconsin will join TOGETHER to learn, share, and grow as adolescent health champions and advocates!

Together, health care professionals and young people will:
Engage in authentic and meaningful conversations about the quality of adolescent health care services in Wisconsin;
Explore misunderstandings and missed opportunities for prevention and health promotion in adolescent health services; and
Enhance adolescent health by fostering awareness and activism.
Symposium Learning Objectives
Participants will understand the realities of young people in health care settings.
Participants will identify educational, practice improvement, and policy opportunities to enhance adolescent health services in Wisconsin.
Participants will acquire the confidence and skills to be adolescent health champions in their communities.
