Meet the 2021-2022 Youth Advocates!
Hi, my name is Aileena and I’m a sophomore at Evansville High School. My pronouns are she/her and I’m Asian American.I play soccer and I really love being outdoors and being active. I have two rambunctious dogs, a vizsla and a cocker spaniel, and you can almost always find us at the dog park. Some of my favorite shows on Netflix right now are On My Block and Atypical. I joined PATCH to help advocate for teens like myself and my peers’ health care rights. I hope that I can use my position to help educate other teens and help them navigate the healthcare system and get any of the help/support they might need :)
Hi! My name is Ava and I use she/her pronouns. I am a freshman. I love to dance and read in my free time. I joined PATCH because I feel passionate about mental health and teen advocacy. I am so excited for this year and hope to make a difference while in PATCH.
My name is Cameron and I’m a Sophomore at Laona High School. I’m passionate about being a youth advocate because I want to try to end racial injustice and I want to fight for people who have mental health issues. A fun fact about me is that I have a dual nationality, which means that I have an American and a Scottish citizenship.

My goal after I graduate is to become an advocate for anyone who needs it and that’s why I was so excited to join PATCH - to learn more about health in every sense so I can do my best to understand and help people. My family and friends are really important to me and are a big part of why advocation is something is something I’m passionate about.
